UNISYS MAINFRAME HARDWARE MAINTENANCE - NASA Prime Contractor
A-B designed and implemented a customized hardware maintenance solution so the customer could successfully support their Unisys mainframes. The customer will realize true cost savings over the life of the contract with an upgrade in the service level. This contract requires 15 minute response with a guaranteed 2 hour return to service commitment..

ON-SITE SERVICE - Department of Defense
A-B was awarded a multi-year, on-site service agreement by DOD. A-B provides all labor and materials to insure full operation of all of the customer's computer systems. A-B also handles numerous upgrade projects while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.

NETWORK INSTALLATION - West St. Tammy Chamber of Commerce
A-B installed a new Windows server, workstations and new application programs for the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. The project was completed on time and within budgeted amounts and allowed the Chamber to have minimal interruption while moving to their new location.

CABLE PLANT INSTALLATION - Downtown New Orleans Hotel
A-B was selected to provide fiber and cable plant installation services to a large hotel in downtown New Orleans. Due to the age of the hotel (mid 1800's), this was a challenging project. A-B completed the project on time and within budgeted amounts.

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE - NASA Prime Contractor
A-B was awarded a multi-year contract to provide on-site hardware maintenance services at NASA's location in Houston, Texas. A-B, with our subcontractor, StorageTek, will be providing 7 x 24 mission critical support on a variety of platforms including StorageTek, Sun, Hewlett-Packard and Digital equipment.

NETWORK INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT - Tiger Equipment and Supply Company
Tiger Equipment and Supply Company, an oilfield services and supply company selected A-B to install their network cable drops, configure their new network server, and provide on-going network support and maintenance. They have been impressed with the reliability and ease of use of this new installation.

POST DISASTER SUPPORT - NASA Prime Contractor
A-B restored this customer's mission critical server farm to full operation by repairing more than 30 damaged servers in less than 72 hours after hurricane Katrina. This outstanding performance won A-B high praise from the customer and cemented A-B's reputation as a valued partner to this prime contractor.
